General

  • How is a trading account created?
When you sign up, an individual account is opened in your name. This account connects you to the platform, giving you access to trade different financial products.
  • What does CFD stand for?
CFD means Contract for Difference, a financial instrument that mirrors the price of an asset. Instead of owning the asset, you trade on its rise or fall. CFDs are widely available across forex, equities, commodities, indices, and digital currencies.
  • Why is leverage offered?
Leverage allows traders to open larger positions than their deposited capital alone would allow. This creates the potential for bigger returns, but it also increases the risk of losses if the market moves against you.
  • What role does lot size play?
Lot size determines the volume of your trade. Bigger lots magnify both profits and risks, while smaller lots (mini, micro, nano) provide more control, especially for traders starting with limited capital.
  • How are pips measured?
In most major currency pairs, a pip is the movement at the fourth decimal place (0.0001). For Japanese yen pairs, it is usually the second decimal (0.01). Pips represent the unit of change in exchange rates.
  • Why is margin important?
Margin is the collateral required to open and hold leveraged positions. It makes it possible to trade larger volumes relative to your account balance, but it also means that losses can increase more quickly.
  • How do I add funds to my account?
You can fund your account by logging in and selecting the Deposit feature. Multiple trusted payment channels are supported, including:

    Major Credit Cards

    Recognized Electronic Payment Providers

    Direct Bank Wire Transfers
  • What is the process for withdrawing funds?
Withdrawing is simple. Just sign in, open the Banking area, and click on Withdrawal. Choose your amount, provide the necessary information, and submit your request for processing.
  • What do I need to do to verify my account?
Verification requires you to share a few standard documents for security purposes:

-Passport, ID card, or driver’s license (both sides).

-Utility bill or bank statement (full page, dated within 6 months, clearly showing your name and address).

-For credit card deposits: front and back of the card used (cover the first 12 digits and the CVV code).

-For e-Wallet or bank transfer deposits: screenshot of your e-Wallet profile (name, email, and ID) or proof of the transfer.

Please email clear images of these documents to docs@jpnfx.com.

Reviews are typically completed within 3 business days, after which you’ll receive confirmation.
